The Algona Family YMCA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to oversee our childcare department. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but a combination of relevant training and experience will also be considered. Ideally, candidates should have one to two years of experience as a coordinator or supervisor in childcare programs.
We are seeking a team-oriented leader who excels at working with volunteers, supervising staff, and providing effective training.
